You tell us the occasion, message, colours, fonts and any images via WhatsApp or our order form. We send a photo proof before we burn anything. Once you approve, we burn, package and deliver.

Single units: 5–7 business days. Events (30–100 units): 7–10 business days. Corporate (100+ units): 10–14 business days. Rush jobs available if we have capacity — ask via WhatsApp.

Branded coconuts stay photo-fresh for 7–10 days after delivery. Keep them out of direct sun. They're real coconuts, so we don't recommend them as long-term decor.

Yes. Send us your logo as PNG, SVG or PDF and we'll wood-burn it directly into the husk. Best results come from bold, single-colour marks — fine details can be tricky on natural fibre.

Currently we ship across Jamaica. International orders are case-by-case — tell us where you need them and we will quote.

WiPay (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and WhatsApp Pay for large corporate orders. For events bookings we typically take a 50% deposit upfront, balance on delivery.

Customized coconuts are made to order so we can't accept returns once burned. If something arrives damaged or the burn isn't what we sent in the proof, we replace it free.

No minimum for general orders. Wedding bundles start at 30 units. Corporate at 30+. Smaller orders are very welcome.

For ready-stocked items in the Kingston / Trelawny area we can do next-day. Same-day depends on burn complexity — call us.
